My Story
Sabrina helped me understand my situation and see it differently. We worked on several mental techniques to get me into the right frame of mind and put my worries behind me.

How I got started on this path
Hey everyone, my name is Sabrina Rodgers. When I was young I was fortunate enough to grow up in a family that owned and operated a very successful volleyball club. Through the years I was taught mental skills and sport psychology concepts that allowed me to play collegiate track and volleyball. During this time, I found my passion for coaching and helping athletes have a positive experience through sport. This led me to get a Master’s in Sport Administration degree while also coaching collegiate volleyball. After graduating, I still wanted to pursue sport psychology where I could have a direct impact on helping athletes. During the following two years I obtained a second Masters degree, this time in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. During this time I was a consultant for a Division II Women’s Basketball Team, in addition to other athletes from soccer, volleyball, track, baseball, softball, and gymnastics. Continuing my education and professional experience I am now a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC).
Now, my goal is simple; I want to provide athletes an avenue to create a healthy mindset, while reaching their fullest potential in their sport. If you’re reading this, it means you are taking a step in the right direction – I can’t wait to work with you!
The Certified Mental Performance Consultant ® credential is awarded by The Association of Applied Sport Psychology.
